Saturday August 13th Update:
LAST MINUTE CALL FOR ADDITIONAL HELP!

The PLS (Purple Loosestrife) Blitz is this Tuesday/Wednesday August 16/17.  This is a joint effort between ASNBAF and Huron Pines.

Can you help with this project but haven’t volunteered yet? If you’re looking for an opportunity for “hands on help” for the Foundation and the river, please contact Bill Anderson at 219-771-9178 by text or voice ASAP.

P. S. You can also help by watching for PLS on your property. If you see PLS, please at least carefully cut off the flowers and put them in a sealed bag and dispose of it at the dump. OR, dig up the entire root system and dispose of it in the same way.

Thank you!
